On-site computer repair is charged at £85 per hour with no call-out fee inside our West London service area. Screen replacements and SSD upgrades are quoted as a fixed price once the fault and parts are confirmed. Every repair begins with a free diagnostic and a fixed written quote before any work starts.
Do you come to me or do I bring the computer to you?
We come to you across London, Berkshire and Surrey. Mobile repair is the default. If a repair needs bench equipment (for example logic-board microsoldering or specialist data recovery) we collect the device, repair it and return it.

Will I lose my data during a repair?
Not if we can help it. For any repair that could put data at risk we back it up before starting. If a drive has already failed, our data-recovery service provides a thorough initial diagnostic and we give you a realistic recovery estimate before you agree anything.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Labour and workmanship carry a 3-month warranty. Selected internal repair components may also include three-month cover. Replacement hardware is covered under the relevant supplier or manufacturer warranty, which we explain before work starts.
How quickly can you repair my computer?
Same-day or next-day work may be possible for common faults when the right parts and an engineer are available. Motherboard-level repair and drive recovery take longer, and we confirm the expected timescale after assessment.
