IT emergencies we respond to

Eight situations that cannot wait until Monday

If your business has stopped or a critical system is down, that is an emergency. Call us — a quick phone triage is free and helps us respond correctly.

Server or network completely down

No internet, no shared drives, no printers. The whole office has stopped. We diagnose and restore as fast as possible.

Ransomware or suspected data breach

Do not pay the ransom. Do not restart affected machines. Call us immediately — containment is time-critical.

Business email hacked or locked out

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account compromised, suspended or locked. We recover access and secure the account.

Microsoft 365 tenant suspended

Entire tenant locked, licences expired or admin access lost. We work with Microsoft to restore access.

Critical hardware failure

Server crashed, RAID failed or NAS not responding. We assess the fault and explain the recovery route before work continues.

Office Wi-Fi or internet failure

No connectivity across the whole office. Router fault, ISP issue or firewall problem — we find the cause.

Data accidentally deleted or corrupted

Files gone after a mistake, failed migration or corrupted drive. We start recovery immediately.

Active cyberattack or suspicious activity

Staff receiving phishing emails, unusual logins or accounts behaving strangely. We investigate and contain.

How emergency response works

Three steps from your call to resolution

Call us now

Dial 020 3376 1140. Tell us what has happened. The more detail, the faster we can triage remotely or dispatch on-site.

Book remote triage

If remote diagnosis is suitable, we confirm the next available session and send a secure connection link.

Arrange on-site support

If the fault needs hands-on work, we confirm an available engineer visit. Same-day appointments depend on location and engineer availability.

If you think you have ransomware — stop and call immediately

Do not pay the ransom. Do not restart any affected machine. Do not delete anything. Disconnect affected devices from the network if you can safely do so, then call us. Every minute of delay increases the spread and reduces recovery options. We will talk you through safe steps while we prepare to respond.

FAQs

Emergency IT support — answered

What counts as an IT emergency?+
Anything that has stopped your whole business or a critical part of it: server or network down, ransomware, hacked email, data loss, Microsoft 365 suspended, active cyberattack. If you are not sure whether your situation qualifies, call anyway — a five-minute call costs nothing and lets us advise you correctly.
Do you charge extra for emergency support?+
No emergency surcharge is added on top of our standard rates. Business on-site support is £95 per hour and remote support is £35 per 30-minute session. Eligible managed IT clients receive the response terms in their support agreement.
Can you help if we have been hit by ransomware?+
Yes — and speed matters. Do not pay the ransom and do not restart any affected machines. Call us immediately. We isolate the infection, assess what has been compromised, begin recovery from clean backups where available, and guide you through ICO reporting if personal data is involved.
What if it is outside your business hours?+
Call the main number and leave a voicemail clearly marked as urgent. Ad-hoc support depends on engineer availability. Eligible managed IT clients receive a 4-hour response SLA under the hours and priority terms agreed in their support contract.
How quickly can you reach us on-site in London?+
Same-day visits may be available, but timing depends on engineer availability, location, traffic and the nature of the fault. We confirm the available appointment before you book.

Prevent the next emergency

Managed IT clients get emergency response built in

Ad-hoc emergency support is available to anyone — but managed IT contract clients get a guaranteed 4-hour response SLA, proactive monitoring that catches problems before they become emergencies, and proper backup that makes recovery straightforward when something does go wrong.

IT emergency right now?

Call the direct line. A senior engineer will triage your situation immediately — not a helpdesk, not a bot.
