Verge Tech Solutions provides on-site IT support across London, Berkshire, Surrey and Buckinghamshire — with no call-out fee for any of these areas. We come to your home or office, fix the problem, and leave. You only pay for the time we spend.
Our engineers are based in West London, which means we can reach most of the M25 corridor quickly. For software issues — virus removal, Microsoft 365 problems, slow computers — we also offer remote support UK-wide. If your town is not in the lists below, give us a call and we will let you know if we can reach you.

No. There is no call-out fee for any of the areas we cover. You only pay for the time spent on the job. Our on-site rate starts at £85/hour. We give you a clear estimate before we start.
How quickly can you get to me?
For most of our coverage area — London, East Berkshire and North Surrey — we can usually visit the same day or next day. Call us and we will confirm availability for your specific postcode.
Do you cover areas not on this list?
Possibly. If your town is not listed, call us and we will check whether we can reach you. We cover most of the M25 corridor and are happy to travel slightly further for larger or ongoing jobs.
Can you support me remotely if I am outside your on-site area?
Yes. Remote support is available UK-wide for software issues, Microsoft 365 problems, virus removal and most non-hardware faults. We connect securely to your computer and fix the issue without visiting.
Do you work with businesses as well as home users?
Yes — we support both. For businesses we offer managed IT packages, Microsoft 365 support, network setup and on-site repair. For home users we offer computer repair, virus removal, broadband help and more.
