The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refer to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of. It is understood that any use of the above terminology or any other words, whether singular, plural, capitalised, or he/ she/ they, are interchangeable. Therefore, they must be interpreted as one and the same.

Terms of Billing

  • Before any work is performed on your computer, a cost estimate will be provided. This estimate is not guaranteed and may change as needed to resolve issues with the machine.

Terms of Payment

  • Work will be paid for in full upon completion of services, upgrades, or repairs. An invoice will be given (or e-mailed) to you after the service is completed.
  • When ordering computer parts, hardware, or software, customers are required to pay in advance.
  • Verge Tech Solutions accepts cash payments, bank transfers, and credit cards. A 2.5% charge is applied to all business credit and debit card payments. We do not accept cheques.
  • Verge Tech Solutions retains the right to pursue any legal form of payment collection in the event that payment is not received after the completion of the service for which it was provided.
  • After 90 days, Verge Tech Solutions has the right to claim ownership of the customer’s computer(s) and/or parts that were serviced in the event that the customer has an outstanding balance for service, repair, or upgrade.


  • Service(s) is supplied in an attempt to repair, upgrade, install, or otherwise repair the computer system(s) and IT Support services that you have requested (s)
  • Your computer will not be intentionally damaged. Our technician will work on it. Our primary goal is to repair your system, not cause any damage.
  • Accidental data damage or loss due to preexisting system flaws like malware, improperly set up software, or failed hardware is not covered.
  • You acknowledge that Verge Tech Solutions and any person(s) linked with Verge Tech Solutions or involved in the work being done for you are not liable for any damages that may arise as a consequence of the aforementioned issues, and you agree to hold them harmless.
  • It is your responsibility to back up your data. Verge Tech Solutions will not be responsible for data loss.
  • During remote support sessions, engineers will focus solely on resolving your issue. The first hour is charged hourly, with subsequent half hours also being billed.
  • Verge Tech Solutions is not liable or responsible for any and all computers and/or parts left after 90 days.
