We use TeamViewer and AnyDesk software to securely connect to your computer. When advised by our technicians, download and run the program for your operating system. It will generate a unique user ID and password, which you can see on the screen. Please provide this information to our support technicians so they may remotely connect to your computer.
We are able to lower our prices because we don’t have a store, which would mean higher costs. Instead, we do everything at your convenience by making an on-site appointment at your home or office.
We also offer a home or office pick-up and drop-off PC repair service. We’ll come to your location and diagnose the issue in person. The time it takes for a repair can depend on the issue itself. For example, if you need to replace the laptop screen, it could take up to an hour and be done right before you. However, most other repairs can be accomplished on the same day, even if the solution requires parts, as we stock most standard parts and software. In addition, we can make most minor repairs on the same day, even if they need parts or specialised software. We understand how frustrating it can be to be without your computer, so we will always do our best to get it back to you as soon as possible.
We offer a No-Fix, No-Charge Guarantee in the unlikely event that we can’t resolve your issue (*exclusions apply). If our technician diagnoses your problem & can provide a solution, but you decline their advice, you will still be charged for our service.
