How long will my repair/service take?2019-05-07T19:02:49+00:00

Most Repair/Services are achievable the same day even if the solution requires parts as we stock most standard parts and software.  If we need to order parts then we can normally get these Same day or Next day. We realise how difficult being without your computer can be and we will always try to get it back to you as quickly as possible.

In the very unlikely event that we cannot fix your issue, We offer a No-Fix, No-Charge guarantee (exclusions apply*) However, if our technician diagnoses your problem & is able to offer a solution, but you decline to accept their advice, you will still be charged for our service.
