How much does IT support cost?

Verge Tech Solutions charges £50 per hour for remote IT support and £80 per hour for on-site IT support. Managed IT support starts from £299 per month, and common computer repairs start from £80 depending on the fault and parts required.

All prices are guide rates. We give you a confirmed fixed price before starting any work. Diagnostic time is included in the session rate.

Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. Verge Tech Solutions does not charge a separate call-out fee inside the normal service area. You pay for the agreed support time, repair labour or fixed-price work.
Is remote IT support cheaper than an on-site visit?
Yes. Remote IT support starts from £50 per hour and is usually the best first option for Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, account access, Windows and software problems.
How much is on-site IT support?
On-site IT support is £80 per hour for London and nearby service areas. The price is confirmed before the appointment, and fixed-price repairs are quoted before work starts.
Do you provide fixed monthly IT support?
Yes. Managed IT packages start from £299 per month for small teams. Packages include remote support, monitoring, patching, Microsoft 365 help and security checks depending on the plan.
Are parts included in repair prices?
Parts are charged separately for all repairs. Verge Tech confirms the parts cost before ordering anything — you approve the price before work begins.
Do you charge VAT?
The pricing page lists guide prices including VAT where applicable. A confirmed quote is provided before any paid work begins.
