Is it safe to pay online here?
Yes. We use Stripe, one of the most trusted payment platforms in the world. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe's servers — Verge Tech Solutions never sees or stores your card number. All transactions are encrypted with TLS and Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
Where do I find my invoice number?
Your invoice number is printed at the top of the invoice we sent you — it usually follows the format VT-1024 or similar. If you received your invoice by email, check the subject line or the PDF attachment. If you cannot find it, call us and we will look it up for you.
What payment methods are accepted?
Stripe Checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available on your device. Note that a 2.5% processing fee applies to business card payments. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer at no extra charge, contact us and we will send you the bank details.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. Stripe automatically sends a payment receipt to the email address you enter at checkout. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder. You can also contact us and we will resend it.
What if I enter the wrong amount?
Each Stripe session is created for the exact amount you enter. If you make a mistake, simply return to this page and start again with the correct figure. If a payment has already gone through and the amount is wrong, contact us straight away and we will arrange a correction.
Can I pay by bank transfer instead?
Yes — bank transfer is accepted and carries no processing fee. Contact us by phone or email and we will send you our bank details along with the reference to use. Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed.
