What happens after I submit this form?

Is my information safe when I submit this form?

Can you fix my issue remotely, or will you need to visit?
Many issues — virus removal, software problems, slow performance, Microsoft 365 setup — can be resolved remotely via a secure screen-sharing session. For hardware repairs, Wi-Fi installations, and network cabling, we'll need to visit you. We'll let you know which applies after our initial conversation.
What if you can't solve my problem?
If we cannot resolve your issue, we won't charge you for the time spent trying. We'll give you an honest assessment and, where possible, recommend who can help. We'd rather be straight with you than charge for something we can't fix.
Do you work with Microsoft 365, networks and security?
Yes. We handle Microsoft 365 setup, user management, email migration, SharePoint, and Teams. We also design and install business networks including Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls and VPN. Cybersecurity — antivirus, endpoint protection, backup — is also part of our managed IT packages.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, credit and debit card, and cash. For managed IT support clients, we invoice monthly by direct debit or bank transfer. For one-off repairs, payment is due on completion of the work.
