Local pickup and delivery is completely free if you are in Berkshire, West London, Southwest London, North West London or Surrey. Outside our local area we offer a UK-wide collection service for a flat £19. The repair itself is quoted separately before any work starts.

Most repairs are completed within 24–48 hours of arriving at the workshop, parts permitting. You will get a diagnostic and quote within 2 hours of collection. Tight deadlines? Let us know when you book and we will tell you what is realistic.
