How long does the whole process take?
Most repairs are completed within 24–48 hours of arriving at the workshop, parts permitting. You will get a diagnostic and quote within 2 hours of collection. Tight deadlines? Let us know when you book and we will tell you what is realistic.
What if the repair needs special parts or extra time?
We send a detailed quote by email or SMS before doing anything. If parts need ordering, we tell you the expected wait. You approve digitally — no surprise bills, no hidden fees, and no work happens without your sign-off.
