No. M365 retains deleted data for 30–93 days depending on settings, but it is not a proper backup. We set up third-party backup for M365 to give you proper protection.
How often are backups taken?
Typically daily, but we can configure more frequent backups for critical data. We set this based on how often your data changes and your recovery requirements.
What happens if we need to restore data?
We handle the restore for you. We test restores quarterly as part of our managed IT service to make sure backups actually work when you need them.
How much does cloud backup storage cost?
