Can you set up a MacBook from a Windows laptop?
Yes. We can transfer common files and set up email, browser, cloud storage and printers. Some Windows-only apps will not run on macOS.
Do I need to know my passwords?
You will need access to key accounts such as Microsoft, Google, Apple/iCloud and email. We can help with recovery where possible.
Can you wipe the old laptop after transfer?
